Enjoy easy driving access to everything from this Deluxe 4 star accommodation. Parking is infront of my house! The Studio Apartment is a short drive to the Old town(3km) 5 minutes drive, short drive to Brodarica(Rezaliste) beaches (3km), NP Krka 11 km and many other Cultural sites and Stores. This is a family home. The studio apt. is located on the main floor of my home, and has everything you need. The area has a busy street infront of my house. Laundry wash provided for plus 3 day stays.

Property is surrounded with lots of great restaurant, cafes, shops and close to all the attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. Nice flat only 10 minutes walk from local Sibenik beach Banj or 100 m to the boat that can take you a cross to Jadrija. Ferry for Islands Prvic, Zlarin, Žirje is also just 5 minutes walk away.

This is a great comfortable room for couple that do not require a kitchen or for families that in addition to renting one of our apartments need an extra room for more members or friends. The room has a balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. Free parking and free boat mooring is available per request. Pets are welcome - no extra charges applicable. This is a rebuilt traditional Dalmatian stone house. It includes a communal garden with a stone grill. The beach is located 300meters, a mere 5 minutes walking distance away from the house. This apartment located in the ground floor has 32 square m and an A/C unit for heating and cooling. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom with a living room/kitchen that contains an extra sofa/bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Spacious family apartment decorated in light and relaxing colours. It is located on the top floor and has the most amazing views of Skradin while being only few minutes walking from the town center. It features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It has an open space living room with attached charming kitchen and all the amenities you need. All rooms are equipped with air-condition. Our loft was created to enjoy. We pay attention to every detail and most of them are unique and tailor-made. The loft has an exit to the huge private terrace with lots of greenery and fantastic view. This condo has two quality AC , one is in living area and the other in the bedroom. You will feel like you are far from the city crowd., but you are just a few steps away from the heart of the city.
