This 4 bedroom house is tucked away on a quiet dead end street. The additional lot next door is great for kids to play in or pets to roam on. The inside of the house was recently repainted and several updates were made. The main level has 2 large bedrooms both of which have their own bathrooms. The bedrooms each have a queens size bed and dresser with a large closet. The large living room has a brand new 55'' flat screen tv situated just above the gas log fireplace. ALL PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED

Newly renovated, with a nice neutral paint scheme. Clean and comfortable is our highest goal and this cabin will not disappoint. Two twin beds in each room and a full kitchen. Small convenience store on site sells Hunt Brothers pizza, deli sandwiches, bait, gas, ice, beer, etc. Owners live on the property and strive to make sure your stay is perfect. We grew up here! Conveniently located 10 minutes from Turkey Bay ATV Park. 1 mile to LBL, Lake, Restaurants ,gas station ,and Dollar General. 18 minutes to Murray, 48 to Paducah..Plenty of room for parking a boat( we have outside 110 outlets)or ATV’S. No dogs over 40 lbs. thanks! If you would like to use the bicycles let us know when booking.If traveling with a group, check adjoining Cubby Hollow for availability!

Direct access to private boating and swimming dock, kayaking, paddle boating, smore making..... What more can you ask for......... Oh and we are pet friendly!!! The dock is just a short walk from the home unlike a lot of others in the area with very steep hills. This property does not have tons of steps so it definitely makes it easier when bringing your wagons and coolers down. There are patio stones to help with the walk if you would prefer those.

Bring your family to this peaceful get- away that is just a short walk to the lake! Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles or a boat. Road dead ends at the lake about 1/3 of a mile past the house with a public boat launch. Spacious decks on 3 levels for lots of food and fun .Grill and smoker on the main level. For good food or boat rentals checkout the restaurant and marina at Lynnhurst or Marina at Irvin Cobb which are both within 5 miles.
