Sea views from every room, direct access to the terraces. A communal pool with breathtaking views of the sea—along with the nearby "Li Cossi" sandy beach (a 15-minute walk away)—complete the experience

Su un livello, può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Composta da due ampie camere da letto, luminosa zona living, cucina professionale. La sala da bagno con due comodi lavabi e doccia molto ampia con due soffioni. Grandi spazi esterni dotati di una zona cucina con barbecue e forno a legna, un secondo bagno doccia esterno, una veranda con tavolo vista mare, aree relax, palestra, 2 piscine, la rendono una meta ideale per chi desidera vivere e respirare la campagna e la riservatezza nella massima libertà.

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. Med en fantastisk utsikt över vinlundar och hav, ligger vår lilla Sardinska pärla. Lägenheten är på 45m2 med en stor terrass mot havet. På terassen sitter man gärna och äter middag i solnedgången, grill finns. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/ köket och 1 badrum. Vi har en liten pool på området som ni kan nyttja. Lägenheten ligger 900m från byn Badesi. I Badesi finns det 2 stora mataffärer, restauranger, caféer. Det är 3 km ner till Badesistranden

The modernly furnished Carolina House apartment is located on the outskirts of the small village of Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola in the north of the island, with a breathtaking view of the bright blue Mediterranean Sea. Decorated with great attention to detail, the apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people.
