Sea views from every room, direct access to the terraces. A communal pool with breathtaking views of the sea—along with the nearby "Li Cossi" sandy beach (a 15-minute walk away)—complete the experience

STAZZO ISOLA ROSSA DI GALLURA

Si tratta di un antico e caratteristico Stazzo ben restaurato e reso abitabile, funzionale e munito di ogni servizio ( lavatrice, phon, doccia esterna, arredi per esterno, TVMolto belli e godibili i due spazi esterni di pertinenza alla casa. La pergola esterna con glicine e tavolo per la colazione, baciati dal primo sole mattutino, mentre sul lato opposto, una sorta di patio naturale con la pavimentazione in pietra e alcuni ulivi, ombreggiano l'ampio spazio utilizzabile per il pranzo e la cena.

caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti di Pascaredda.

Alloggio climatizzato, indipendente su tre lati, composto da ingresso su terrazzo privato, camera matrimoniale con ampio armadio e letto contenitore, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto in pelle (una piazza e mezza) e bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Sia il soggiorno che la camera si affacciano su grande terrazza con vista mare, arredata con tavolo e sedie, per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Immerso nel verde, ideale per passeggiate! In prima fila sul mare, la villetta Granito gode di un’ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare, ma anche dalla Piazzetta dove si trovano market, bar, ristoranti e negozietti. Il soggiorno suddiviso in due ambienti, una zona con il tavolo da pranzo ed una con il divano e la tv e cucina è completamente accessoriata e funzionale. La zona letto è composta da due camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. . All’esterno la villetta è immersa nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista mare.
