Trinity River Retreat are friendly, comfortable cabins with over 200 feet of Trinity River at your door step. Our listed price includes both cabins. Guests have their own private garden, tables, fire pit, river lounging and parking area separate from the main house. Full laundry, fireplaces, air conditioning and well-appointed kitchens. Firewood, towels, bathing and kitchen supplies are all included. We also have Unlimited WIFI and the river is at your door. Great for fisherman and families.

Comfortable vacation home with mountain views in Weaverville. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and stores. There are two bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed, a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and full size fold up bed in living room. Two full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. There is an extra drive way for boat parking. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted.

High capacity Level 2 - 40 Amp EV charger installed in driveway. Pet owners please note: there is poison oak in the yard, so pets should probably not roam freely. There is small fenced enclosure with no poison oak.

You have private river access located next to the Strawhouse Cafe’ across the street where you can swim, fish, relax, and/or hike nearby trails. The kitchen has a mini fridge, air fryer, toaster oven, induction plate & microwave and is stocked with cups, plates, silverware, etc. Charcoal BBQ is in share area outside.

It is important for prospective guests to know that we do not accept pets of any kind. We keep the cottage clear for other guests who have allergies to certain animals.
