Quaint cottage nestled in a fruit orchard, near the beautiful Trinity river. The cottage is set in a quiet pastoral setting that borders always green pastures. There is a seasonal garden lot by the House as well as an orchard where guests can pick fruit in season, surrounded by a view is of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. Come enjoy the fresh air and clear stars! We are also cleaning the cabin using the CDC - Airbnb cleaning protocol to ensure the safety of our guests!

Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.

The property is in a redwood forest with a good size meadow for sunshine and flowers. The kitchen has a mini fridge, air fryer, toaster oven, induction plate & microwave and is stocked with cups, plates, silverware, etc. Charcoal BBQ is in share area outside.
