Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Ta skrbno obnovljena, preko 500 let stara kamnita hiša, združuje tradicionalno arhitekturo s sodobno eleganco in umetniškim pridihom. Vsak kotiček hiše krasijo dela slovenskih umetnikov, ki jih lahko tudi kupite in odnesete s seboj kot trajen spomin. Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

House On The Hill is situated on Idrijske Krnice plateau (1000 m a.s.l.), 12 km away from the old mining town of Idrija UNESCO. The idylic house is surounded with concrete bunkers (one with a sauna place* and second with selected wines) built by Italian army. Carefully selected interior, with close attention to local, natural materials and hand made furniture, creates a welcoming athmosphere. The house is perfect for anyone who enjoys peace and nature, loves hiking, cycling or fly fishing.

Vanaf ons huis, gelegen op een heuvel aan de rand van het dorp, kijk je uit over de prachtige vallei en kun je genieten van de rust en de natuur. De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor een supermarkt of een drankje.

This comfortable and functional apartment has been newly renovated and is ideal for two guests, with the option of an additional bed for a third person(child). Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

Cozy Apartment Vrtnica - center of Nova Gorica

The renovated Apartment Vrtnica is located in an apartment building in the center of Nova Gorica on the 5th floor. It has a lot of natural light and a nice view of the inner courtyard. Due to the location, the apartment is very quiet, despite being in the center of the city center. You can use the free public parking in front of the building. Children and dogs are welcome, please treat the apartment with care.
