This is a perfect, new, modern, luxury furnished 4 star villa with a private swimming pool, for those who want to have privacy, enjoy the peace & quiet but are at the same time only a 10 minute walk away from the historic town center. The villa has an amazing view of the Adriatic sea and of the world famous old historic center of Trogir. The whole villa and property are secluded. Our newly renovated, fully furnished apartment is situated in central area of Trogir, only 4 min walk from the old center, city's main promenade, restaurants, bars and shops, 7 min walk from the beach. It is a perfect place decorated in Dalmatian style with beautiful view on Trogir and sea from our huge nice terace. There is a reserved parking spot in front of the building. We are looking forward to host you in our place!

Very pleasant and quiet place just a few minutes away from a city center. Exceptional green market, fish market and little butcher shops are within 400m from the house. Store house is on the same location and it's open until 22:00. Bus and taxi stations are within 300m from the house. Within 900m there are dozens of a little restaurants and caffe bars. Public beach with a boat rental agencies are within 500m.
