Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

Tahoe Donner cabin, sitting on a beautiful property, in a quiet neighborhood, filled with tall pines and Tahoe Donner's golf course in the backyard. This is a great location and home, for all seasons. Entering the home you will notice a large open lower level, with tall windows and beautiful views of pines, plenty of room to lounge around on the large sectional, and a huge fireplace between the kitchen and living room. Upstairs you will find foosball table and a bunk room.
