The two stonehouses are located in the north of Kefalonia island about a 10 minute drive from the famous yacht harbour Fiscardo and 90 minutes from the islands´ airport. The traditional houses are surrounded by olive groves, almond trees and flowers. The cypress beach “Foki” with the typical emerald green-coloured water is a few driving minutes away from the property. The famous “Myrtos” beach and the peninsula Assos, are at 30 minutes accessible.

The living areas and bedrooms are set out over two levels with terraces and balconies overlooking the pool and Ionian Sea.
