All linens and bedding new. There is large deck off the living room with SW exposure that x over looks a private wooded area perfect for relaxing or dining. Also enjoy the expansive lawn area from the gas fireplace on the covered patio. **An additional queen bed is available in our Ford Conversion van for $60 a night**.
