Kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, electric benchtop cooker & airfryer. Ensuite bedroom has queen bed and cot. The spacious lounge/dining room has 2 fold-out double sofabeds. Ideal for a peaceful overnight stop or short break. 35-40 minutes from Dunedin via Brighton, 25-30 minutes over the hill from Dunedin airport.

This furnished cottage located 1.5 km from the centre of Roxburgh is ideally located for exploring the Central Otago region. It is an open plan cottage with very comfortable living space and a large lawn to enjoy the Otago sunshine and admire the views. The cottage is located opposite the local golf course and 2km/7minutes from the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail and Roxburgh Gorge Trail. The cottage is well positioned for enjoying the many outdoor activities, sight seeing and exploring Otago valley.

Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

A warm & cosy 3 bedroom house perfect for your Catlins adventures. Sit out on one of the two decks and enjoy a glass of wine taking in the stunning view down the Catlins estuary and out to Owaka heads. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.

Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes. There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.

Located off the Southern scenic route 1.5 hours south of Dunedin, this is an excellent base from which to explore the natural wonderland of the Catlins.
