Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

The home features exposed brick walls, large windows, authentic Saltillo tile floors, and tasteful midcentury modern furnishing and décor throughout. It comes with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable: a dine-in kitchenette, private bathroom, covered parking, laundry room, Hayneedle king-sized bed (plus a couch bed in the living room), 40” TV, and plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home.

Cozy RV in central location

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub.
