Sofa sleeper in living room along with a desk for office work when needed. Full cable package, smart TV, 600 Mbps internet and walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, bus stations and the light rail station. Note that you may hear daytime noise from the family living room above, but nights are reliably quiet.
