We offer private entrance to the suite consisting of 1 bedroom w/ full bathroom Bathroom is shared by your group You enter thru common room with sofa sleeper bed. there’s a folding card table and chairs, 1/2 kitchen No oven or stove. Also two chairs and table just outside to enjoy the garden. We live in a & safe up scale established neighborhood. Watch humming birds bath in our fountain, enjoy large garden and covered patio, enjoy use of our pool stores and dining close by.

The Manor House, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in Tulare California it is located 1 mile off the 99 highway and 2.5 hrs. North of Los Angeles. The Tulare Ag center is in town and it is 49 miles to the Sequoia National park and the central California coast is 2 hours away. The house has central AC and Instant hot water heater for the house so you can have back-to-back hot showers! It's super clean and a great location. Thanks

The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.
