The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . The Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and Another Queen Bed in Main Cabin space. Also it's own deck with outdoor seating, eating area and BBQ . Beautiful inside and out. Come stay with us!

With adult and kids kayaks, a rowboat, paddleboat, and canoe we have lots of options to get out and explore the lake. Or take a dip off the private dock when the weather is warm.

The Owl's Nest Inn is a cozy cottage behind our home in West Olympia with a private deck, fenced yard, and sauna access. Full-size loft bed (ladder access) and twin bed on the main floor. Kitchenette with induction cooktop, mini fridge, sink, kettle, and drinking water dispenser. Flushing porta potty in the cottage. Private bathroom and shower are in our home's basement, about 30 feet away via a lit path. Walk to the Food Co-op, Capitol Lake, downtown dining, shops, and trails.
