Each tent has kingsize airbed and two singles if required, all fitted with duvet, pillows and bed linen; two chairs and a mat for use in or outside. Quiet area with four other bell tents. Shared use of shower, wash basins, portaloo, camp kitchen with sink and kettle, tables and chairs. Outside spaces for children to play in and a big sky to watch the clouds drift by, the sun rise and the stars twinkle as you relax

Bell Tent w/ Heated Pool & Firepit | Wildlife Farm

Our beautiful Luxury King-Sized Bed Water Vole Bell Tent is situated in a tranquil location, surrounded by traditional wildflower meadows and ancient woodland. There's plenty to help you unwind in private including a heated swimming pool, gardens and a large barn for entertainment. The tent is comfortable for two adults and two children (2-12) and an infant under 2 years old. Please get in touch before booking if you have more than two adults as it would be an extremely snug stay.

Nestled on the edge of rolling farmland with views of lush woodland and grazing sheep, this is the ideal spot for a romantic getaway or a digital detox. Inside your tent is comfortably furnished with a plush king size bed and soft linens. Step outside to your private fire pit perfect for stargazing with a glass of wine or toasting marshmallows under the stars.

Tibbs Farm: The Gala Getaway

Tibbs Farm, one of three 5m Bell tents set within the heart of our working farm in our old apple orchard. Our picturesque farm to fork cafe is a 10 minute walk from the tents, with hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, good coffee and homemade cakes waiting. With mains drinking water, private off grid WC and a rustic heated outside shower block. Please note towels are not provided. Our tents are available during the summer period. Please note: we are a working farm with livestock.

Glamping incl: Airbeds, (limited number of standard mattresses on request on booking if necessary) bedding, towels and equipment (BBQ s incl gas, Fire pit with some logs, utensils etc). No night time noise

We are a smallholding with alpacas, sheep, chickens, rheas, ponies, dogs and cats! We are very close to Uckfield, with lots of charity shops for bargain hunters, and coffee shops for those who like to relax. There are two supermarkets, restaurants and take aways. The coast is only a 40 minute drive away by car. Brighton and Tunbridge Wells are on a bus route from the village, (29a). Winnie-the-Pooh and friends are close by on Ashdown Forest if you look carefully.

🌿 Steep yourself in nature as the land comes into spring. Sleep suspended among the trees in your own private corner of woodland. This is a playful, back-to-nature escape — lie back in your hammock tent and take in the birdsong or relax by the firepit. There's a hot outdoor wash, composting loo and everything you need for a comfortable off-grid experience. Perfect for adventurous couples, curious first-timers, and anyone wanting something a bit different.

The Two Top

The Two Top is a cosy 4 meter bell tent with a double bed complete with duvet, pillows and linen for that home from home feel in the great outdoors. It features a private fire pit and seating area. The Two Top has access to a shared outdoor kitchenette with additional seating which is exclusively for glampers. There is a shared glampers toilet and shared showers included! Light and power bank available with a small fee and returnable deposit.
