Laundry is the only shared area, located outside the unit behind a secured door and unused by host during guest stay. A four block walk to the the 46st Street light rail station- offering direct access to all major metro destinations (US Bank Stadium, VA Hospital, Mall of America, and airport). The rental offers privacy for a drink or coffee on the rear deck; short walk/bike to park(s), commercial, and grocery store.
