We have fishing gear, a pontoon for rent ($300/day), volleyball, cross-net, badminton, cornhole, beach swimming, and endless outdoor activities. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for gatherings for friends and family.

There is a shared, small patio in back. There is some street noise during busier times of the day, but quiet at night.

The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.
