Garden Home in Sunny Noe Valley Near The Castro

[We follow the most-stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocols. We are an 8-minute walk to a park with a scenic view of SF and a 10-15-minute walk to several city parks.] Watch hummingbirds from the comfort of the zero-gravity chairs in the leafy backyard, and pick lemons for drinks later. Parquet flooring, a decorative fireplace, and the home's original blueprints framed above the sofa make the living room equally welcoming. If you like to cook while traveling, you'll enjoy our newly renovated kitchen with professional appliances. The bathroom has an over-sized tub and a separate shower. As of 7 Dec 2019, the master and the second bedroom contain new queen-sized beds. (There is no longer a sleeper couch in the second bedroom.) Outdoors, although SF is famous for fog, Noe Valley is one of our sunniest neighborhoods; chances are good that you'll be able to lounge in our enclosed yard most of the year. The entire floor (six rooms; private entrance) is yours. We'll be available to offer help if needed. Have breakfast in the nearby neighborhood cafe before walking 10 to 15 minutes to reach galleries, boutiques, and a cinema. Nightlife and restaurants are also close. Explore further via the public transportation hubs in Noe Valley and The Castro. Very easy access to public transportation. Bus stops at our corner. Five minute ride or 10-15 minute walk to transportation hubs. One dedicated street parking space.

The kitchenette area has a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, fridge, cups, plates, utensils . There is not a stove or oven for cooking meals. So you can prepare Breakfast to get your day started and go explore! Sorry no pets!

Our studio is located in Noe Valley just 5 blocks from the vibrant Noe Valley Village. We have a kitchenette with a two burner induction plate as well as a convection toaster oven. We are on a major transportation line, the 24 Divisadero (it is an electric bus but you may hear the bus at night), and we are two blocks from the J Church which will take you straight to downtown. On a flat block but surrounded by one block in any direction of steep San Francisco hills. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED

Comfy studio located in the middle of San Francisco. Close to public transportation (15 minutes to downtown) and wonderful neighborhood restaurants and shops. Please be aware that we have 2 small children under 3 and it can be a bit noisy during the day but from 8pm to 8am we are all asleep. We offer a lower price to compensate.
