BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Pictures don't do justice!

There's ample on-site parking, multiple decks, and a fenced backyard. Close, easy walk to sand, restaurants, parks, history...or just rest and recharge. The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.

Bluffton's Tropical Carriage House Getaway

Embrace the inviting atmosphere of this detached garage apartment. The guesthouse features an open-concept living/*kitchenette/sleeping area, a tropical design, a private entry, a luxury king mattress and blackout window treatments. This southern style hood offers ample sidewalks, ponds for fishing, a playground, and a park. Quaint Old Town Bluffton is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to a number of shops and restaurants. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit at The Barracks on Tybee overlooks Jaycee park and features soaring ceilings, seasonally heated pool, professional kitchen with marble counters, and front porch rockers for ultimate beach vibes and relaxation. There is also an on-site Golf Cart that is separately rentable per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.
