Studio apartment with king size bed, very peaceful area yet 8 blocks to all the action on Tybrisa Street & Pier, 3 blocks to the grocery store, back river and fishing peir for perfect sunsets! 4 blocks to the beach! Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Beachfront gated no smoking complex on quiet North end of Tybee. No pets allowed. The 3rd floor condo with elevator assess faces the Savannah Bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by. This condo is ideal for a couple or a small family but can accommodate 2 couples. Has 2 pools/2 tennis/1 pickleball.
