Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Zweizimmerwohnung Auta besticht durch ihre traditionelle alpenländische Einrichtung mit viel Holz, die eine warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre schafft. Auf dem schönen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit genießt ihr den Blick auf St. Ulrich und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Als Gastgeber sorgen wir dafür, dass ihr euch rundum wohlfühlt, und teilen gern unsere persönlichen Geheimtipps für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and cable TV. If requested in advance, a baby bed and a high chair can be provided for free.
