Villa Magna is a newly restored luxury stone villa on the island of Pašman, just 20 meters from the sea – featuring a whirlpool pool, summer kitchen, and authentic Mediterranean charm. Spanning 240 m² of living space, Villa Magna combines traditional Dalmatian stone architecture with modern comfort. Six elegant bedrooms – each with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and TV – offer privacy and relaxation for families or groups of friends. Every detail of the house reflects timeless quality and style. The ground floor features a bright living room with lounge area, smart TV, and high-speed Starlink internet (300 Mbps). The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, and espresso machine. A separate laundry and storage room are located next to the summer kitchen. At the heart of the property is a 32 m² magnesium pool with integrated whirlpool, surrounded by palm trees and sun loungers. Next to it, a shaded pergola with a comfortable lounge set offers the perfect spot to relax with a sea view. Beside the pergola, a large stone barbecue area and an outdoor dining table for up to 12 guests invite you to enjoy open-air meals. The 30 m² summer kitchen includes a pizza oven, grill, toaster, espresso machine, and more – ideal for Mediterranean cooking sessions. Upon request, the owner can organize private cooking classes featuring local specialties. Guests can also enjoy several terraces and balconies, an outdoor gym, table tennis, four SUP boards, and bicycles free of charge. A 100 m² organic garden with seasonal vegetables is available for guests to pick from. The nearest beach is just 20 meters away, as well as a small grocery store. A private mooring for guests with boats is available, and boat excursions can be arranged directly on-site. Pašman Island is connected to Ugljan by bridge and can be easily reached by ferry from Zadar or Biograd. Outdoor areas are monitored for guest security (can be deactivated upon request).
