Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

They are 300m from the Little Beach, the Promenade that takes you to Cervantes Old Town in 10’. The Ladies Beach is a kilometer away. From the street to the apartment there is a 30 steps. The suggestion is to not enter this busy street in the summer, but to choose the parking lot (near the former Hotel Jadran) from where you can walk to the accommodation in 5’
