Charming calm country house with beautiful surroundings just 7 K away from Ulricehamn and the ski slopes. Nature is at your doorsteps with nice walking, trail running and cycling paths passing by. The house belongs to a farm that has its own pond ideal for swimming summer time and ice skating wintertime. Welcome to a very relaxing environment where its easy to recharge your energy levels. Ideal for families with our without kids. Bed linen and towels not included. Clean before checkout.

Snabbt Wifi och internet via fiber. Tre sovrum, varav två med dubbelsängar. Två badrum utrustade med WC och dusch. Likaså tvättmaskin i huset. Tillgång till privat bastu (hyrs ut separat) och båtplats intill strandkanten vid sjön Tolken, känd för goda fiskemöjligheter. Båt kan hyras separat.

Huset är på 90 kvm fördelat på två plan. På första våning finns ett fullutrustat kök, matsal, hall, badrum med dusch, groventre med tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt ett sovrum med två ställbara enkelsängar. På övre plan finns ett stort allrum med en härlig takhöjd som är öppet upp till nock, en stor soffgrupp, ett skrivbord, ett matbord och tre enkelsängar. I allrummet finns det plats för de fyra extrasängarna som lämpar sig bäst för barn. På andra plan finns ett sovrum och en garderob.

Huset som ligger avskilt har en stor och härlig trädgård med sol hela dagen. I hagarna omkring huset går betande djur på sommaren. Några stenkast iväg ligger Nässjön som erbjuder fantastiskt bad. Alla våra gäster har tillgång till grill, Stand-up paddle boards och cyklar! På vintern bor man 5 minuter bilfärd från alpincentrum med totalt 7 pister!

Välkomna till oss. En rymlig nyrenoverad källarlägenhet på 85m2 i en villa med gott om plats för 6 personer med egen jacuzzi och ingång på baksidan av huset i ett mycket lugnt villaområde. Ulricehamn är verkligen ett mecka för sport älskare. Vår villa är belägen centralt med nära till det mesta. Tänd en brasa och varva ner, spela ett parti schack medans grytan puttrar. På sommaren kan ni sitta på uteplatsen och ni har en stor gasolgrill.

Big apartment right by the lake

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and has a quiet location near the lake. This makes it possible for guests to take a leisurely walk in the countryside, then be able to return to the activities of small-town life, such as shopping, restaurant visits and other fun excursions.

Ett modernt hus på landet, 5 km norr om Ulricehamn. Här kan ni njuta av en lugn och avskild vistelse under alla årstider. Bra utbud av friluftsaktiviteter tex går Redvägsleden med natursköna miljöer för vandrare och mountainbikescyklister förbi gården. Det är endast 3 km till slalombacken som kan ses från fönstret och till Lassalyckans friluftsområdet tar det cirka 10 minuter att köra.
