With access to a hot tub, and hiking trails right outside the door, this space is a brand new build with cozy cabin vibes.

Set on bucolic backroads, looking out towards Stowe, the little Farmhouse is a Vermont country paradise. Starting in 2026, we will be building a home adjacent to the farmhouse. The property might be a bit of a construction project in the Spring and through the Summer. *Read the “rules” section if you plan to bring a dog :) .

Smugglers' Notch, a fantastic family ski resort, is only a 15 minute drive. Stowe is 30 minutes away (one hour in winter). If you are interested in checking out Burlington during your stay, we are only a 45 minutes to amazing restaurants and lake views.
