Electricity is primarily supplied by a solar system with battery storage, with city electricity used as backup when needed, as is common in Zanzibar.

A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a gazebo and parking lot on the premises.
