There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with a complete concrete walkway. No more than 3 cars allowed due to limited parking w/ the shared driveway.

This relaxing lakefront home is located in a quiet cove on Norris Lake and features a Private dock, movie theater, game table and retro gaming system with over 600 games. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, two gathering spaces, three large, covered decks, a large fire pit, and a driveway with enough room for your vehicles or trailer. Tiny Floating Cabin on Norris Lake!

Reconnect with nature and adventure at this unique escape literally floating on beautiful Norris lake. You must have your own vessel to access this space. Boat, PWC,kayak/canoe/paddle board. Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.

Pool and Hot tub are seasonal, so ask if they are open. 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo, Sleeps 8 with a Sleeper Sofa. No boat slip included, but Waterside Marina has overnight slips that can be rented.
