Beaches 10-12min away, Mayo, Walmart, Target, Costco, Town Center mall , Sam’s club, all kinds of restaurants- all 5-15 min around our property. ‼️‼️ For about 1/4 mil the road is not paved, but driving small sedans 🚘 is ok. Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away.
