This is a beautiful remodeled vintage cottage filled with natural light, exposed brick, fir floors, a gas fireplace, and private parking. It is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Our beautiful 2 bedroom house is nestled in the heart of the Whiteaker neighborhood. A bustling and eccentric urban area in Eugene that is packed with breweries and restaurants . It's also close to downtown, Autzen stadium, Hayward field, Sweet Life and the river. There is also a small cottage on the property 20 feet from the house, that is sometimes rented with other Airbnb guests, but currently has a property caretaker in it.
