Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind aus Zirbenholz. Ausstattung: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Besteck, Geschirr, Backrohr, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, SAT-TV. Spielplatz für Kinder zur Verfügung. Liegebereich mit Liegestühle, Tische, Bänke und ein Grill stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
