Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

Bush cottage

Home away from home if you are working in the Wellington area for a few days. A rural retreat for travelers within easy reach of the city. The cottage backs onto a QE2 forest reserve with some interesting native birds making regular appearances. Only 35 minutes from central Wellington, yet you can enjoy this quiet retreat amongst nature. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Easy access to cycle Te Awakairangi /Hutt River trail or car/bike to central Upper Hutt and Railway stations.

British country style Homestead surrounded by ancient rainforest & birdsong in a picturesque valley. The homestead is located on 12 acres of land that is managed biodynamically, and there is a beautiful creek that meanders through the property. The house looks out on to Kaitoke Regional Park and is in close proximity to the Tararua and Remutaka Ranges and there are plenty of hikes and bike trails within the area and the home is located an easy 45 minute drive to the capital Wellington.

Prairie Holm Cabins

Secluded Cabins nestled among five acres of regenerating native garden. Prairie Holm Farm is a working farm located along the edge of Lake Wairarapa and foothills of the rugged Remutaka Ranges. Accommodation consists of a generous sized lounge/kitchen/bathroom cabin and a separate two bedroom sleeping cabin. The bathroom is a unique "camping style" room giving an open air feel. NOTE: Prairie Holm is a working Dairy, Sheep & Beef farm - NO Pets allowed & NO Wifi available.
