We have thought of everything you need for an overnight stay or 2. There is a practical kitchenette for you including a fridge, toaster, electric cooktop, microwave and kettle. Relax and enjoy. Dovolj | Dobro

Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

Eudora Farm

"Eudora Farm" a beautiful country farm. Serene, picturesque gardens, a large courtyard for kids to ride scooters while the parents relax and enjoy a glass of wine or afternoon nap. Beautiful sunny spots to hide away with a book, over 200 acres of undulating land as well as some bush land, a swimming dam, an outdoor fire pit for the cooler months and an indoor fire place to snuggle up by in the evenings. Bethania Cottage is situated in the rich basalt High Country of Bannister, just 2 and a half hours from Sydney, 90 minutes from Canberra, 30 minutes from Goulburn and 15 minutes from Crookwell with its variety of specialty shops, cafes and excellent restaurants nearby .The authentic local country pub at Grabben Gullen is just up the road. Guests are welcome to join in farm activities, enjoy a guided tour of a windfarm or just relax and enjoy the stunning view from the comfort of the deck.

Blue Slate Cottage

A charming country cottage with amazing views and sunsets. High ceilings, original timber floors and wrap around verandahs, in winter you can keep cosy and warm by the fire or enjoy a fire pit outside, and in the evening gaze up at the stars as clear as you’ll see them! In summer you can take a 5 minute drive to Abercrombie river for a swim. A separate 1 x bedroom cottage plus lounge room with sofa bed is available (separate booking Shearers Cottage) plus camping for larger bookings.

Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.
