Kristen and her Friend were very kind and polite. They took good care of the apartment! Communication was very easy and Kristen arrived on time at the check-in. Highly recommend Kristen as guest to other hosts!

It was a pleasure to accommodate Kristen in our apartment in Porto. A wonderful and cooperative person, very respectful with the apartment and left it in a great condition. We hope they had a pleasant time with us and in Porto as well. We are willing to welcome them again any time!

Kristen was massively flexible as there was an issue with the flat, so to that end alone I would highly recommend her to any other host. She was friendly and easy to communicate with - what more can be asked!
