What a gorgeous spot, and such gorgeous people. Katya and João were absolute gems. We loved our stay with them. They made us feel at home immediately, had a beautiful, clean, and comfortable space complete with views of Marvão, and a fabulous garden which they generously shared with us. We cannot recommend their guesthouse and their company enough. They were a highlight of our two week trip in Portugal.

Katya and João were excellent hosts! So friendly and welcoming. The house was spacious, clean and a beautiful home. It was so nice being in the countryside for a night away from the city, we should have stayed longer!! You could walk to restaurants and a swimming spot which was great. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We had a really nice stay here. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel welcome. The house itself is really big, feels old and had great acoustics if you like playing music. The place it is located at is super calm and quiet and it takes you around 20ish minutes walk to Portagem where you can grab a bite or take a swim in the river. The breakfast was very simple but the tomato jams they make were one of the best we've tried. Thank you Katya and João for the stay!

Enjoy the time in this place cause it's in the middle of nature near Marvao. The guests are gentle and available, you'll have everything you need. The house is simple and beautiful. To recommend!

You should stay at Katyas and Joãos house! It’s a place full of love and warmth. Katya and João are super friendly hosts and make you feel like home. The house is a part of an old coffee fabric with a large garden, which you are allowed to use. They grow their own fruits and vegetables, which tastes delicious! For breakfast we got homemade bread and plum jam - the best we ever ate. Five autominutes away you have free access to a part of the river Server to go for a swim.
