The historic Desert Moon Inn was built in 1936 as a boarding house for miners. We are more like a hostel than a typical hotel, with 6 private rooms that share 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. Besides being a spot for travelers and adventures, this building once served as a brothel. Located in the ghost town of Thompson Springs, Utah, just off I-70, the Desert Moon is a prime location to explore the beauty of southeastern Utah. Only 45 minutes away from Canyonlands National Park, Arches, and Moab.
