Come and enjoy the quiet of our newly finished country apartment! Relax and unwind in the hot tub on your private deck, overlooking the beautiful hills of Central New York. A seven minute walk will bring you to Chittenango Falls Park with it’s majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is backed by the NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line. The historic Village of Cazenovia is four miles away. Hillside has everything you’ll need for a quiet getaway. Good dogs allowed. No cats.

The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

Our camp is located in the foothills of the ADK state park and situated along the banks of the West Canada Creek. Enjoy DIRECT access to the creek for fishing, tubing, ect. Minutes away to annual Snow Bash events. A short drive to Hinckley, Kayuta, and Piseco lakes. Close access to snowmobile trails that extend across NYS. A 45 minute drive to Utica. An hour or less to Speculator/Old Forge/Piseco. Restaurants/Pub: Haskell's Inn (walking distance), Ohio Tavern(2 mi.) WiFi & Streaming. NO pets.

A shabby chic, bohemian flat put together with a Paris apartment in mind. You have an entire two bedroom apartment to yourself. The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

Bring the whole family to enjoy a quiet location minutes from Utica, New York. Utica and the surrounding area offer many attractions for the whole family. The neighborhood is a nice place to take a walk, with views overlooking Utica from the south. Hosts are across the street, in case you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
