The property is on the top of a hill called Bangle Gudda which is very close to inspection bunglow. The place is 7 minutes walk to the heart of the town. The property is 1.8 km from Gokarna beach, 5.5 km from OM beach, 4.5 km from Kudle beach. The building is nature friendly , ground floor open masonry with air conditioner, first floor room non ac which is plastered wall which facilitates abundant natural daylight and cool breeze.
