Hot water in shower only. * if you aren’t comfortable with self check in this is not the space for you. We ask that guests have five reviews all being five stars. There are very few available homes in Uvita that have such quality and beautiful construction, and are so close to the beach. Walk to restaurants, beach/National Park. Paved roads/easy access.

A beachfront house for 4 people, LA BARCAROLA is set in beautiful Ballena Marine Park. The ideal place to enjoy Nature at its fullest: surrounded by huge trees, visited daily by monkeys and toucans. Whales and dolphins will show off right in front certain months of the year. IMPORTANT: please consider the driving time from San José: 4 hours. For their safety, we ask our guests to arrive before sundown. the roads are in good state, but not well illuminated.
