The Chalet at Valdez KOA Campground

Welcome to our veteran family owned and operated KOA campground! We love this place and hope you will too. Started by our parents, we are continuing to make improvements. Our Chalet is a 2 Story charming house located at the Valdez KOA Campground. Complete with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and 2 decks. The King Suite has a walk-in closet and bathroom, plus a balcony for your early morning coffee with mountain views. The Queen size bedroom, also upstairs, has a separate bathroom with walk-in shower.

Kade's Cabin is a brand new portable cabin home, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath located in Valdez, Alaska. Perfect for small families, couples, or business travelers visiting Valdez. The cabin has things you'd expect like a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and little extra surprises like in floor heat and a fireplace. Conveniently located within walking distance to groceries, gas, the small boat harbor, museums, shops, and restaurants. If you have questions about the cabin or Valdez, feel free to ask!

Blocks aways from the beach, harbor, breweries, restaurants, playgrounds, and dog park makes it a perfect family great getaway spot. Our pet friendly home was recently remodeled with farmhouse sink, white granite countertops, new flooring, and electric fireplace. The home also has an attached garage with workout equipment, fishing gear, and outdoor equipment open for use.

Our home is a brand new construction built in 2018 in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of town. Although, we are not located in town, we are just minutes away by car or bike. Access to beautiful trails, for your hiking and skiing pleasure, that lead to Shoup Bay and Mineral Creek. Our home is about a mile from the shoreline and nestled closely to the mountainside.

Nordic Nook

An out-of-town tiny place. The Nook is a 12' X 24' studio stay with a full bath just over 14 miles from the center of town. It's nestled next to our home tucked into the comforts of large pines. The Nook is a perfect home base for your Alaskan adventure. After a day of glacier tours or hiking, come back to a cozy, private retreat designed for two.
