Petite maison indépendante et authentique, tout équipée, pour accueillir une personne seule ou en couple, ayant un bon esprit de convivialité, de rencontre, agréable et sympathique, et qui aime les chiens. Il y a une toute petite piscine qui n'est pas faite pour nager mais pour se rafraîchir en cas de grosse chaleur (crème solaire interdite).

En la parte delantera el apartamento podrá disfrutar de barbacoa privada.

Very beautifull apartament in the center town with nice private terrace. Perfectly situated on a quiet street by the Cervantes Theater and Plaza de la Merced, nex to everywhere. 15 minutes walking to the beach. We have just renewed the bathroom. Just to enjoy! Ask the posibility to rent a private parking near the apartment. Checkin after 22 h have an extra charge of 20€ at arrival. After 24 h it cost 40€.
