In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Each studio is modern and comfortable and features a double bed (or 2 single beds), private bathroom, A/C, Wi-Fi, TV, balcony with pool or garden views, safe, kitchenette with 2 ring cooker hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and utensils. We offer daily cleaning (except Sundays ); linen & towels are changed every 3rd day.

So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. A bus stop is just around the corner of our street and so is a supermarket for all your groceries. The city center, with its Venetian old town and harbour, is less than 3 km away.
