The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Steps to bike and running trail (a.k.a the seawall). One underground parking space included (max height 6'8"; nearby lots fit taller vehicles). We live adjacent/upstairs and are happy to help with local tips. Note: the bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower wand - no walk-in shower.
