Το κατάλυμα είναι δύο επιπέδων μεζονέτα εμβαδού 75 τ.μ. χωρητικότητας έως 5 ατόμων. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια, μικρές ομάδες. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Βαθύ προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας και χαλαρώστε στις μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες αυλές, κάτω από αιωνόβιες ελιές. Στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει γκαράζ μιας θέσης, το οποίο παραχωρείται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες τις ημέρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Τις άλλες μέρες εύκολα δωρεάν στάθμευση δίπλα στο σπίτι.

Το Bellezza cottage είναι ισόγεια κατοικία εμβαδού 55 τ.μ και χωρητικότητας έως πέντε ατόμων. Βρίσκεται στο Βαθύ στην Ιθάκη σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία που εξασφαλίζει καταπληκτική και ανεμπόδιστη θέα σε όλα τα δωμάτια του προς τον φυσικό κόλπο, τη θάλασσα και τα γύρω χωριά. Διαθέτει πλακόστρωτη αυλή 130 τ.μ με τραπεζαρία κάτω από την πέργκολα και σαλόνι εξωτερικού χώρου καθώς και ιδιωτικό BBQ. Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
