On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

Situated in the heart of Renens Village, our beautifully restored house is perfect for welcoming families with children. Fully equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen and dining room. You'll enjoy the charming and quiet private garden. Direct bus to Lausanne center (15') or to Renens train station (8'). Bakery, grocery shop and delicious restaurant 2' walk. 15' drive to the lake and EPFL/Unil.
