Fully remodeled cabin in a quiet setting that you will find cozy and peaceful with frequent wild life visitors to the yard. Deer can be seen almost daily, along with occasional visits from turkey, woodchucks, rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels, and rarely a bear. The private screened-in back porch is a favorite spot. Close enough to other towns ( Franklin & Oil City 25 min; Meadville 30 min; Erie 60 min).

"Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Additional staying quarters located in an adjacent cedar Cub House which has 4 beds, 2 lofts, and air conditioning. Cub House Closed for Season. Opens back up April 1st.

A canoe and life jackets are available. If you like to swim with the fish you are welcome. Please note that our property is an adult-only retreat designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests must be 21 years or older to book and stay, and we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 21.
