Restaurant und Geschäfte befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Gästehauses. L'alloggio si trova al centro di Soprabolzano in una zona molto silenziosa ed è distante meno di 5 min a piedi dalla Funivia del Renon. La città di Bolzano si raggiunge in ca. 12 min. Nella circostanza della Casa si trovano ristoranti.

A pochi passi dal centro di Castello di Fiemme, una piccola stanza dove ritrovare serenità.
