Our Ventura Pierpont Beach beach house is family friendly and just footsteps away from the sand. Our newly renovated beach house is cute + cozy and the perfect getaway! Sleeps 6 people easily within the home. 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and a rollout couch in the living room. 2 Bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, cornhole, foosball, and basketball.

Casa by the Sea

Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. STVR permit # 2374 Hurst cottage is under a mile from both the beach and downtown. It is located on a super quiet residential street, but also a quick walk to a local park, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, and a market. Our cottage is intentionally designed to include (almost) everything you need with lots of small beautiful details. With the warm sunlight and the cool ocean breeze pouring in all at once, it is a wonderful place to relax. We also have a beautiful private cedar hot-tub:)

Discover Ventura! Our Adorable Blue Bungalow + surf shack sleeps 6 and is close to Ventura’s beaches and downtown. The house offers a full kitchen, fast internet, a fire ring in the yard, 2 bikes, and beach gear. Perfect spot for a quick getaway or making memories with family. Longer rentals also welcome. Brand new remodel of the entire Ventura bungalow. Relax and unwind in the artsy/industrial district of Ventura. Nestled next to the Ventura hillside, and minutes away from the Pacific coast, a perfect location to get away and relax. Private back yard and spacious front yard, equipped with fire pit, outdoor furniture, and cocktail lighting. Spend your time away in our pet-friendly abode, where surf house meets mid-century modern. Mid-Century Modest. 1 block to Pierpont Beach.

Business license #2223. After 2 guests I charge $13 extra each per night, per person, including infants. I also charge $78 per pet. I have a security camera in the front. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a sleep sofa and an airbed. Relax and enjoy. Ventura has been voted one of the best places to vacation. There is an extra room with 2 twin beds, please ask me about that. Not a true bedroom.
