The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

Really cool 2 bedroom, close to the beach!

My two bedroom apartment is all on the 2nd floor of the building. You will like it because it is close to the Oxnard harbor and beaches. My place is 35 minutes to Malibu and 40 minutes to Santa Barbara :) Note: The front door of this condo faces an alley. There is potential for noise from the neighbors and also noise from cars passing by.
